We drive to your property, inspect the agreed areas directly on site and use modern inspection, measuring and documentation equipment. This lets us spot problems more reliably and document our findings in a way you can follow.
Because when an investment of possibly several hundred thousand euros is at stake, you should not rely on pictures, videos or statements alone. A professional inspection before the purchase costs only a fraction of that – and can help you spot expensive surprises early.

I was born and raised in Germany and was self-employed there for around 15 years in skilled trades. The trades were different, the work behind them was always the same: substrate, measurement and clean execution – exactly the three things that later reveal whether a property was built properly.
The substrate decides, not the looks
With any surface it is the build-up underneath that counts: base layer, fall, drainage. That is precisely where most terraces, balconies and driveways fail on the Turkish coast – and precisely what I measure instead of estimating.
To the millimetre, not by feel
Whether an edge runs straight, a surface is truly level, an alignment holds: if you have not done it daily, you do not see it. I record it with measured values, not impressions.
A good-looking surface says little
For years I made a living making surfaces look better than they were. So I know quite precisely how good something can look that is not sound underneath.
Fresh paint over a damp patch is invisible to the eye. Not to a thermal imaging camera.
And I am just as clear about what I am not: I am not a structural engineer and not a certified surveyor. I measure, photograph and document the technical condition. Where I reach a limit, I write it in the report and tell you who can help you further. Better one honest sentence too many than a figure that does not hold.
